highest court in the land that ballots must be received by Election
Day to be counted.

state of Illinois’ reckless practice of counting ballots received up

* We are fighting a very similar late-ballot-counting practice in
California.
Our election-law team has already compelled states, counties, and
major cities to remove more than 5 MILLION OUTDATED OR INELIGIBLE
NAMES from voter rolls under the _National Voter Registration Act_.
