Dear Fellow American,
As a loyal follower of our work, I want you to
hear this from me before it goes public: I’m launching Judicial
Watch’s end-of-year campaign early.
Why? Because the
fight to ensure we have honest elections in 2026 has already begun.
My team is already seeing a Soros-funded network of left-wing
groups and partisan activists working to weaken voter ID
laws, expand ballot harvesting, permit
non-citizen voting, and continue counting ballots turned
in 14 days late.
These efforts are real, and the Left’s determination to enact
these schemes is stronger than ever before 2026 even begins.
Since it’s not even Thanksgiving yet, these bad actors think no
one is looking,
But they’re wrong.
Judicial Watch stands ready to respond in court any time Radical
Leftist activists try to dismantle the laws that protect fair and honest
elections.
Judicial Watch’s donors are banding together to fund election
integrity work across the nation:
- Announced just days ago: The United States
Supreme Court will review Judicial Watch’s landmark Mississippi win
on election integrity. This case seeks to uphold Judicial
Watch’s win in the Fifth Circuit last year, where the court struck
down a state law allowing ballots to be counted up to 5 days after Election
Day. Mississippi attempted to overturn this ruling, and now the Supreme
Court’s review of our victory gives a chance to affirm the correct
ruling of the Fifth Circuit and establish strong precedent in the highest
court in the land that ballots must be received by Election Day to be
counted.
- We also just appeared before the U.S Supreme Court against the state of
Illinois’ reckless practice of counting ballots received up to 14
days after Election Day.
- We are fighting a very similar late-ballot-counting practice in
California.
Our election-law team has already compelled states, counties, and major
cities to remove more than 5 million outdated or ineligible
names from voter rolls under the National Voter Registration
Act.
On top of the litigation above, our attorneys are also developing
new legal strategies to assist states that have
enacted conservative election law reforms against the Soros network of
“legal bomb throwers.”
That’s why I’m
preparing for our end-of year campaign so early.
Entering
2026 fully funded will ensure we can respond immediately to any new threats
without compromising our current work.
To keep pace, we
must raise $9.6 million more by December 31st.
Please
consider making a first-time gift today so we can close 2025 strong and
roll straight into a pivotal 2026 with our war chest filled to the
brim.
No other organization has a better record at defending the rule of law
than Judicial Watch. But fighting the Deep State and its Soros funded
Leftist groups takes real money.
So, thank you for considering a first-time contribution to fuel our
fight for Election Integrity in 2026.
I’d be
grateful to have you by our side.
Sincerely,
Tom Fitton
President, Judicial Watch
P.S. I wanted you to hear from me that we’re launching our year-end
campaign in just a few days. With attacks from coordinated Leftist groups
to undermine Election Integrity next year already pouring in, we cannot
afford to wait. Please
become a Judicial Watch donor today by making a gift to help us launch our
2026 work!
