Denver, Colorado: Denver voters upheld the city's ordinance that prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products by a margin of 72% to 28%. Enforcement begins January 2026.

Dover, Massachusetts: The Board of Health voted to prohibit the sale of tobacco products to individuals born on or after January 1, 2005. The policy will become effective January 1, 2026.
