THE PROBLEM WITH ILLUSORY LEADERSHIP
[8]
There’s a version of leadership that looks the part but does
nothing. It hides behind words like “transparency,”
“efficiency,” and “accountability,” as if saying the word is
the same as doing the work. It points at problems but never proposes a
plan. It critiques but never creates. That isn’t leadership.
That’s performance.
Real leadership is not about rehearsing complaints. It is about
risking commitment. It is about standing in front of people with an
idea and the courage to see it through. You cannot build anything by
explaining why it might fail. You build by believing it can work and
then putting your name behind it.

SENATOR RENÉ GARCÍA HELD A PANEL DISCUSSION ON FOOD DYES
[35]
Senator René García held an open discussion Wednesday, Oct. 29, at
Florida International University (FIU) on the future of Miami-Dade
County’s food supply, the role of the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration, and how the county is leading the effort to phase out
harmful additives in favor of safer, natural alternatives. The panel
consisted of five experts that weighed in on the topic of synthetic
food dyes, beverages, and the overall well-being of the public’s

UNDER THE HOOD WITH GRANT MILLER!
2025 NISSAN MURANO IS BUILT FOR MIAMI LIFESTYLE
[44]
Miami has a way of testing cars. One minute you’re crawling on I-95
in rush hour heat, and the next, you’re sliding into a packed garage
in Brickell or packing paddleboards for a weekend in Key Biscayne. If
an SUV can’t juggle comfort, style, and versatility, it won’t
survive here. That’s why the all-new 2025 Nissan Murano feels like
it was made with our city in mind.
