Today, we can make history and elect Ghazala Hashmi to become the first Muslim Lieutenant Governor in American history. As Islamophobia rises across the country and against Muslims running for office, including Ghazala Hashmi ( see here [[link removed]] ), let’s show up, get our sister and the rest of our endorsed candidates elected, and make the statement that anti-Muslim hate has no place in Virginia.
