The contest challenges middle and high school students to produce 60-second videos exploring how population growth affects people and the planet—and propose innovative, sustainable solutions.
During this event, Barbara Huth, Online Learning Manager, will share the most recent winning videos [[link removed]] , providing us a look at how young people think critically and creatively about global challenges.
We’ll also hear from Carol Bliese, Senior Director of Teacher Programs, who will offer a brief overview of how our Population Education [[link removed]] (PopEd) program supports educators with professional development [[link removed]] workshops, ready-to-use lesson plans [[link removed]] , and classroom activities—including one inspired by last year’s contest themes.
