View your tax amount, print a statement or receipt of past payment, sign up for paperless billing, and more from your online account ([link removed]) . Tax bills will be mailed the last week of October.
This week, we’re highlighting resources designed to make life a little easier for individuals 65 and older, as well as those living with disabilities. Please share this with anyone who might benefit.
Here’s when to expect your bill in the mail:
OCTOBER 30, 2025: Statements for most accounts begin arriving in mailboxes and electronically for those who signed up for paperless billing.
DECEMBER 8, 2025: Statements for accounts with ceiling amounts begin arriving in mailboxes. This includes accounts with the Over 65, Disability, and Disabled Veteran exemptions.

License Plates and Placards For Individuals with Disabilities
Permanent Disability: Valid for four years - no fee for plate or placard(s)
Eligible for one Disabled Person license plate with ISA* symbol and one blue placard, or up to two blue placards.
Temporary Disability: Valid for up to six months - $5 fee per placard
Eligible for one or two red placards.
Apply in person at any of our 8 Tarrant County Tax Office locations ([link removed]) with a completed application and your Driver License or other acceptable form of ID ([link removed]) . Please contact us if you have questions about submitting an application on behalf of someone else.

Request the ISA Symbol on Your Disabled Veteran License Plate
With the passing of Senate Bill 792, as of January 1, 2022, Texans with Disabled Veteran (DV) plates wanting to use disabled parking spaces must apply for a disabled parking placard ([link removed]) or for new Disabled Veteran license plates with the ISA ([link removed]) * if the veteran meets the eligibility requirements for an ISA*.
A person with a temporary disability who qualifies for the temporary placard (red) is not eligible for Disabled Person or Disabled Veteran ISA* license plates.
A person with Disabled Veteran ISA* license plates may obtain up to two permanent (blue) disabled parking placards:
* Limit two (2) placards for Disabled Veterans with no DV ISA license plates.
* Limit two (2) placards for Disabled Veterans with two sets of DV ISA license plates
