Republicans Focused on Protecting our Communities, while Democrats Take the Government Hostage
Dear John,
This week, Governor Mike Braun showed once again why Indiana is leading the nation in law and order. From Fort Wayne to Lafayette to Indianapolis, he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Indiana State Police, thanking them for their tireless work to protect Hoosier families. Together, they are cracking down on drugs, protecting our children from predators, and making sure criminals who threaten our communities are behind bars.
But while Indiana is focused on protecting families, Washington Democrats are once again playing political games at the expense of hardworking Americans. Senator Schumer and his caucus shut down the federal government—not to protect our troops, veterans, or first responders—but to push free healthcare for illegal immigrants. That’s wrong. Republicans are standing strong with President Trump and Governor Braun to keep America safe, lower healthcare costs, and put Hoosiers first.
As always, thank you for being a part of our team, and please feel free to reach out if there's anything I can assist with.
Yours in service,
Lana Keesling, Indiana GOP Chairwoman

Governor Braun Spotlights Operation Guardian Angel Successes in Protecting Hoosier Kids
Governor Mike Braun announced that Indiana State Police’s Operation Guardian Angel has rescued 14 children from ongoing abuse since launching in August, while also leading to 48 arrests, including 14 hands-on offenders. The initiative, part of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, focuses on proactive investigations and prevention efforts to protect kids online. As Cybersecurity Awareness Month begins, Braun urged parents to stay vigilant by monitoring their children’s online activity, setting boundaries, and using available safety resources at internetcrimesagainstkids.com [[link removed]].
"Nothing is more important than keeping Hoosier kids safe. I want to commend the Indiana State Police for their exceptional work on Operation Guardian Angel, bringing Indiana children to safety and those who harm them to justice." -Governor Mike Braun
