Gamaliel is Hosting a Farewell Celebration in Honor of Ana
[link removed] [[link removed]] We are excited to honor Ana Garcia-Ashley, Gamaliel Executive Director, who will be retiring at the end of 2025. She has been a
courageous and tireless champion for justice for more than 35 years! We encourage you to join us for a farewell celebration on
October 25. We would love to have you join us in person in Chicago, but we also have a virtual option for those who cannot.
The party begins at 2:00 p.m. CT with a meet and greet, appetizers, and drinks. We will begin the formal program at 3:00 p.m. CT.

This fund will support work that carries forward the passionate and powerful organizing for which Ana is known: developing leaders and building powerful, democratic organizations that move us toward creation of the beloved community in our cities, states, and nation. Having served as an Executive Director in MICAH-Milwaukee, WISDOM-Wisconsin, and now with Gamaliel, she understands the importance of raising unrestricted [...]
funds so that the money may be used where it is most needed and effective. The Future of Organizing Fund will be administered by the Gamaliel Board of Directors.
