"Half of It"

[link removed]

on Netflix has been giving me life this month. It's a beautiful coming
of age story of Ellie Chu, a young Chinese high school student in a
predominantly white, rural town in Washington. I have been thinking a
lot about Mia Mingus talking about the work of liberation and
transformative justice being at its core – relational, and to me this
movie is just a beautiful homage to various loves and relationships –
#friendlove #queerlove #parentallove, that nourish us and that we hold
in return".
