Facebook reported $70 billion in advertising revenue and $18.5 billion in profit in 2019. Despite its huge revenue and profits, Facebook has repeatedly failed to meaningfully address hate, incitement to violence, and disinformation across all its products.
ADL – along with the NAACP, LULAC, Color of Change, Common Sense, Mozilla, Free Press, the National Hispanic Media Coalition and Sleeping Giants – has launched

Stop Hate For Profit , a campaign asking businesses to stop advertising on Facebook to demand that the company stop allowing its platform to be used to spread hate.
The campaign is working.

Over 180 companies have pledged to pull their advertisements, and Facebook has noticed. Now is the time to keep up the pressure.
Whether you are a corporate executive, consultant, consumer or concerned individual, you can join in this important effort to tell Facebook to "Stop Hate for Profit."
