*UPDATE: Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Judge Bruce Brown*

TOPEKA – *On Friday, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly directed flags be lowered to half-staff at the State Capitol Complex and on all court buildings and facilities to honor 18th Judicial District Division 10 Judge Bruce Brown.

*Judge Brown will be interred after funeral services on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on this date.*
