UPDATE: Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Judge Bruce Brown
TOPEKA – On Friday, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly directed flags be lowered to half-staff at the State Capitol Complex and on all court buildings and facilities to honor 18th Judicial District Division 10 Judge Bruce Brown.
Judge Brown will be interred after funeral services on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on this date.
