*** BREAKING ***

Just now,
the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a dangerous Louisiana clinic
shutdown law in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo! This
decision is a victory for the people of Louisiana and the rule of law.
Louisiana's three remaining abortion clinics can remain open to
provide essential, time-sensitive health care to people in and around
the state.

In honor of this momentous victory, a group of generous Center donors
has pledged to match every dollar you give TEN TO ONE up to
$50,000-but only until midnight TONIGHT.

Will you make a very special gift right now to have it MATCHED
10X to celebrate our shared success?

Unfortunately, the Court's ruling today will not stop those hell-bent
on banning abortion. We will be back in court tomorrow and will
continue to fight state by state, law by law, to protect our
constitutional right to abortion. But we shouldn't have to keep
playing whack-a-mole. It's time for Congress to pass The
Women's Health Protection Act, a federal bill that would ensure
the promise of Roe v. Wade is realized in every state for every
person.

As we look toward all the work ahead, I know we can count on you
to fight with us. Give now to help us keep fighting and it will be
MATCHED 10X.

Your continued support as one of our most dedicated allies has
been invaluable in this fight. I cannot thank you enough for all that
you do.

With deep gratitude,

Nancy Northup
President & CEO
