the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a dangerous Louisiana clinic shutdown law in our case, June Medical Services v. Russo! This decision is a victory for the people of Louisiana and the rule of law. Louisiana's three remaining abortion clinics can remain open to provide essential, time-sensitive health care to people in and around the state.

Unfortunately, the Court's ruling today will not stop those hell-bent on banning abortion.
