This is the second edition of MDDSA’s “Bulletin Board,” a weekly email blast to keep members in touch with the Chapter events. 





METRO-DETROIT DSA BULLETIN BOARD—FEATURED ACTIONS



All members of the public are welcome to attend.





Liberation Mondays: “Defund the Police: Rebuilding Our Neighborhoods” — Mon. June 29 @ 7 p.m. (first in weekly series).  



- Join the MDDSA’s Black & Brown Alliance in collaboration with the Yusef Shakur, the General Builders Institute, and the Community Movement Builders of Detroit for a panel + Q&A called “Defund the Police: Rebuilding Our Neighborhoods.” 



This event is *in-person* at the Shed at Martz Park (11530 Flanders St, Detroit) and is a chance to discuss what defunding the police means in our own backyards. 



Note: The event will also be livestreamed for those who prefer to participate virtually. Please wear a mask if joining in-person. Social distancing will be followed
