Join psychiatrist Kristen Schmidt, MD, and clinical psychologist Patsy Manzanares, PsyD, to take a closer look at how the brain and body react to stress and learn behavioral techniques your clients can use to build greater resilience and enhance wellness.

A post-doctoral resident, Patsy Manzanares, PsyD, provides mental health care for patients in detox. She has worked with patients in residential and outpatient treatment settings, including a federal prison.
