Donald Trump does is a scam — and now he’s coming for your taxes, too.
The Trump administration recently announced plans to kill the IRS Direct
File program, a free, simple way for millions of Americans to file their
taxes online without paying a dime in fees to big tax prep corporations.

The move comes after multi-billion corporations like Intuit and H&R Block
spent millions lobbying to kill the program. Because if a free, public
option exists, fewer people will use their services, and their profits
will take the hit.
Ending the IRS Direct File program doesn’t do anything to help working
families — it only helps corporate lobbyists and Trump’s billionaire
friends.
Pramila is fighting back against Trump’s scams in DC, but she can’t do it
without your support. She doesn’t take a dime from corporate PACs, and she
doesn’t seek out billionaires to use as ATMs.
That means we’re up against Trump, MAGA Republicans, and corporate
lobbyists with nothing but people power on our side.
