Up to the challenge
*
On Monday, the Title X Gag Rule forced our client,
Maine Family Planning, out of the program. We've appealed
our case challenging the rule to the First Circuit Court of
Appeals.
*
We asked a judge to block Georgia's 6-week
abortion ban so the law does not go into effect while our
litigation against it proceeds.
*
The Oklahoma district court upheld a ban on a standard
abortion method. We will appeal the decision to the state
Supreme Court.
