John,

When corporations break the law and hurt Minnesotans, it's my job and my duty to have your back.

For decades, the fossil-fuel industry's fraud, misleading advertising, and violations of state law and common law have harmed our state's health, environment, infrastructure, and economy.

Companies like Koch Industries and ExxonMobil knew their products were harmful, and they had a duty to tell us. Instead, they led a campaign of deception that hurt our state and left us with massive costs.

The fossil-fuel industry has gotten away with too much for far too long. That's why I announced this week that I am suing to hold them accountable.

If you're willing to stand with us as we seek climate justice, please add your name in support of our lawsuit today.

Koch Industries and ExxonMobil profited off of avoiding accountability for decades. They deceived, lied, and misrepresented the effects of their product to the public to protect their bottom lines.

Our suit asks the court to order these companies to use their wrongfully-gained profits to help pay for the damage they've caused.

John, stand we me and add your name today: Hold the fossil-fuel industry accountable for their decades-long campaign of deception.

Thank you,

Keith Ellison
