Update on Nottingham's new walking and cycling bridge ??

Down at the riverside, works have been continuing at pace to prepare for the build and installation of Nottingham's new walking and cycling bridge.

This week, sections of the bridge were transported under police escort to a specialist yard to be painted.

The new bridge, funded by Central Government via the Transforming Cities fund is on track to be completed by spring 2026. The new bridge will be assembled at the riverside during late August and September and lifted into place this November.
