Fall turkey permits on sale starting Aug. 11
It's a sign that fall is drawing closer: hunters can begin purchasing turkey permits at 1 p.m. Central time on Aug. 11 for the fall season, which runs Oct. 1 to Nov. 30. BOW participants
A few spots remain in BOW program
A few spots remain in our Oct. 3-5 Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) program. This three-day workshop is held at scenic Fort Robinson State Park [ [link removed] ] and is open to women of all ages who want to learn outdoor skills in a low-pressure, supportive environment. It's ladies' night for fishing on Aug. 11 at the Riverside Discovery Center in Scottsbluff as our BOW program hosts an introduction to fishing event. Learn the basics of fishing; all equipment and bait provided. Join in the fun and be sure to bring your camera to capture your catch and your new fishing friends.
