This summer, we've been fighting President Trump's deeply unpopular law that "defunds" Planned Parenthood -- and we have an update: Last week, a federal judge blocked the "defunding" of Planned Parenthood from remaining in effect while the lawsuit proceeds. For now, patients can continue to use Medicaid at Planned Parenthood health centers.
