Hi there,

Housing costs in Nevada are simply too high — and I’m working every day to change that.

That’s why I’m proud to share that I helped secure a $15 million investment from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco to support Nevada’s Housing Division. These funds will directly bolster our down payment assistance program , helping working families right here in our state afford homes.

Combined with a previous $10 million investment I helped deliver earlier this year, that’s $25 million for affordable housing in Nevada — this year alone .

This funding will make a real difference for families across our district. And it’s just one part of my ongoing work to:

* Cut government red tape that drives up housing costs

* Crack down on corporate investors who are price gouging our communities

* Deliver bipartisan housing solutions that actually help working people

This is what leadership looks like. But the fight to keep delivering for Nevada — and keep this seat blue — is far from over.

Republicans have already made NV-03 a top target. We’re on the DCCC’s Frontline list again, and we need to be ready for whatever the GOP throws our way.

If you believe in affordable housing, good governance, and real results — I’m asking for your support today.

Will you chip in now to help us stay in this fight and continue delivering for Nevada families? [[link removed]]
