Housing costs in Nevada are simply too high — and I’m working every day to change that.
That’s why I’m proud to share that I helped secure a $15 million investment from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco to support Nevada’s Housing Division. These funds will directly bolster our down payment assistance program, helping working families right here in our state afford homes.
Combined with a previous $10 million investment I helped deliver earlier this year, that’s $25 million for affordable housing in Nevada — this year alone.
This funding will make a real difference for families across our district. And it’s just one part of my ongoing work to:
