*Between Monday, Aug. 4, and Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, ALL Trinity Metro local services are FREE! *That means you can ride the Trinity Metro Bus, Trinity Metro TEXRail, Trinity Metro On-Demand, Trinity Metro Bikes, or Trinity Railway Express (TRE) anywhere in Tarrant County at no cost.
If you’ve been curious about trying public transportation, this is the time to give it a go without any fares to worry about! With five different services around the County, there’s an easy, convenient ride for everyone.
It’s also the perfect opportunity to explore new places and do some back-to-school shopping during the Texas Tax-Free weekend August 8–10! No fares, no sales tax – just more reason to take a ride!
Simply board the bus or train – no ticket needed – and begin your adventure throughout Tarrant County!

Hassle-Free Happy Hour
DOWNTOWN PUB CRAWL, ANYONE?
Ride Trinity Metro’s new Blue Line to enjoy Happy Hour throughout downtown Fort Worth. This FREE circulator loops around downtown, giving you easy, car-free access to bars, shops, dining, hotels, and more!
Operating seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., with stops every seven minutes, it's never been easier or more convenient to circle downtown! And it's FREE all the time!
Hop aboard the beautifully air-conditioned and art-filled bus to get to Happy Hour, lunch, shopping at Sundance Square and so much more during these hot summer months.
