The Upper Colorado River Commission (UCRC) hereby issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) Number 2025-03-DT-UCRC* to enhance diversion measurement and telemetry in the Upper Colorado River Basin in Wyoming.* This work will involve the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office (SEO) and UCRC staff, and will contribute to technical efforts being undertaken by the Upper Division States of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.____
