The Upper Colorado River Commission (UCRC) hereby issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) Number 2025-03-DT-UCRC to enhance diversion measurement and telemetry in the Upper Colorado River Basin in Wyoming. This work will involve the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office (SEO) and UCRC staff, and will contribute to technical efforts being undertaken by the Upper Division States of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
All proposals must be received by 12 P.M. Mountain Time, August 29th, 2025, via email to Rachel Musil, UCRC Deputy Director, at [email protected].
