News Our refreshed strategy to 2028 and business plan for 2025/26 [[link removed]]
We are pleased to share that our new Corporate Strategy for 2025-28, and the Business Plan for 2025/26 have been published. [[link removed]] The new strategy, Resolution through collaboration, is a refresh of our previous strategy, building on work undertaken since 2022 which has focused on fair resolution, sharing our data and insights and supporting improvements in maternity and neonatal safety.

Education Programme Updates from Practitioner Performance Advice [[link removed]]
NHS Resolution's Advice service has developed the Compassionate Conversations and Board Level Assurance For Resolving Performance Concerns programmes, supporting safer, more compassionate performance conversations and governance. Both programmes are now available to organisations subject to a needs analysis. [[link removed]]
