We are pleased to share that our new Corporate Strategy for 2025-28, and the Business Plan for 2025/26 have been published. The new strategy, Resolution through collaboration, is a refresh of our previous strategy, building on work undertaken since 2022 which has focused on fair resolution, sharing our data and insights and supporting improvements in maternity and neonatal safety.

We recently published our annual Factsheet 6 for 2024/25. This provides a statistical overview of the appeals and dispute cases that our Primary Care Appeals service managed last year. Access Factsheet 6 2024/25.

NHS Resolution's Advice service has developed the Compassionate Conversations and Board Level Assurance For Resolving Performance Concerns programmes, supporting safer, more compassionate performance conversations and governance. Both programmes are now available to organisations subject to a needs analysis.

Our Advice service has published its annual practitioner characteristics Insight paper: Demographics, professions and concerns: Analysis of Practitioner Performance Advice cases including a focus on sexual misconduct concerns. Find out more about our key findings and recommended actions.
