Our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, Grow with C.A.R.E., <[link removed]> <[link removed]>is a focused, student-centered strategy built to meet today’s challenges head-on – and a blueprint for greater impact. We are sharpening our focus on what students need now: not just access to and through college, but the tools, resources, and connections to successfully launch into meaningful careers. This means embedding career readiness , strengthening our alumni network , expanding community partnerships , and elevating our voice and visibility in Los Angeles and beyond.
