Our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, Grow with C.A.R.E., is a focused, student-centered strategy built to meet today’s challenges head-on – and a blueprint for greater impact. We are sharpening our focus on what students need now: not just access to and through college, but the tools, resources, and connections to successfully launch into meaningful careers. This means embedding career readiness, strengthening our alumni network, expanding community partnerships, and elevating our voice and visibility in Los Angeles and beyond.
