Hi folks,
Trump’s at it again – this time trying to yank over $1 billion from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which supports PBS and NPR.
That’s not just some D.C. budget tweak. That’s lights-out for local stations – especially in small towns and rural communities that depend on public radio for real news, weather alerts, and emergency info.
He doesn’t need a single Democratic vote to pull it off. All it takes is a simple majority – and Republicans have one, just barely. But if we can convince a few of them to do the right thing, we can shut this nonsense down.
But time’s running out. Congress has until July 18 to approve or reject the cuts. So I need to know what you think by MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. Will you take 60 seconds to answer this quick survey?

👉 “News deserts” grow – and lies spread like wildfire.
