The PPP is a $650 billion taxpayer-funded COVID-19 relief program to help hurting businesses stay afloat and support their workers.

The reason why we don't know too much about it? Trump officials are dodging questions about which companies are receiving these funds, and if they're truly using this aid to help workers.
