Oral argument coming up tomorrow

- The hearing is not about the merits, but the organization's ability to bring the suit. A 9th Circuit panel ruled that the organization lacked standing and voided a lower court ruling blocking Arizona's cancellation policy. The DOJ will also participate in oral argument.
