Millions of fish being stocked in Nebraska waters

June is a busy month in the fish production world, as millions of fish are stocked statewide.

Nebraska Game and Parks’ hatchery distribution trucks travel across the state, stocking fingerling walleye, sauger, bluegill, largemouth bass, yellow perch and wiper. If you spot one of these ‘rolling billboards’ in your area, capture a photo and tag us on social media!

Want to see what’s been stocked? Search our online stocking database for specific species, counties and waterbodies. Then take someone fishing this weekend.
