Three years ago today, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its devastating Dobbs
v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision — overturning Roe v. Wade
and eliminating the federal right to abortion.

We cannot overstate the damage this decision has caused.

Since Dobbs, there has been a wave of extreme abortion bans across red
states. Today, 1 in 3 adult women lives in a state where abortion is
banned.

We’ve heard story after story of women being denied abortion care even in
life-threatening situations, or women bleeding out in hospital parking
lots because the law does not allow for them to be treated in their home
state.

This isn’t a tragic accident — it was the goal.

Dobbs happened because Donald Trump appointed right-wing extremists to
one-third of the Supreme Court during his first presidency. The far-right
majority threw out more than 50 years of legal precedent overnight.

Now, in his second term, he could have the opportunity to nominate even
more anti-abortion extremists to the highest court in the land. He’s
already appointed MAGA loyalists who’ve fought abortion rights to open
seats on federal courts.

That’s where Demand Justice PAC comes in. We’re fighting to stop more of
Trump’s extreme judicial nominees from receiving lifetime appointments on
