Dear Friend,

In just the first half of this year, we have achieved significant legislative breakthroughs in the fight against sexual exploitation.

Most notably, the TAKE IT DOWN Act was

signed into law

by the president! Uploading sexually explicit content without the consent of the persons depicted is now a

federal crime.

This is a massive victory for survivors of image-based sexual abuse!

Even more: Utah and Texas became the first states to pass the

App Store Accountability Act,

requiring app stores to verify users' ages to protect them from 18+ apps.

The Safer Devices for Kids Act

has been signed into law in Alabama, which requires that filters for sexually explicit content automatically be turned ON when a smartphone or tablet is activated for use by a minor.

These victories are worth celebrating!

But there is still much more work to be done.

Last year, despite our best efforts and overwhelming bipartisan support, we were unable to get the

Kids Online Safety Act

put up for a vote in the House of Representatives. But we are not giving up. This is an essential piece of legislation for protecting children online and we will not rest until it becomes law.

The legislative victories we’ve achieved so far this year have proven that this change is possible, but we need your unwavering support!

Your donation will help push vital legislation across the finish line!

A generous donor has offered to

match all donations made from now until the end of June up to $75,000!

This is your chance

to make a contribution that will have double the impact!

We sincerely thank you for

your support

in this movement.

Donate Now!

With gratitude,
