Health Affairs is deeply saddened to report that John K. Iglehart, founding editor of Health Affairs, passed away on the morning of June 12, 2025 after a brief hospitalization.

Interim Editor-in-Chief Don Metz shared a remembrance this week in Forefront ([link removed] ) that highlights John's contributions to the foundation of Health Affairs and the standard set for editorial as he helped guide the publication over 25 years.
