In Remembrance: John K. Iglehart (1939 To 2025), Founding Editor, Health Affairs

Health Affairs is deeply saddened to report that John K. Iglehart, founding editor of Health Affairs, passed away on the morning of June 12, 2025 after a brief hospitalization.

 

Interim Editor-in-Chief Don Metz shared a remembrance this week in Forefront that highlights John's contributions to the foundation of Health Affairs and the standard set for editorial as he helped guide the publication over 25 years.
