The Ninth Circuit just struck down California’s “1-in-30” gun rationing law in the FPC case Nguyen v. Bonta, which is a HUGE WIN for gun owners!

What makes this victory even sweeter is the opinion was unanimous, meaning ALL of the judges agreed California’s law violates the Second Amendment!

The Ninth Circuit decision confirms what FPC has been saying since we filed this lawsuit FIVE YEARS AGO: People have a fundamental RIGHT to purchase arms, and that right cannot be limited by an arbitrary cap. 

This proves that FPC’s groundbreaking litigation can defeat tyranny anywhere, even behind California’s tightly controlled Iron Curtain.

But we’re not slowing down for an instant. We still have dozens of active cases, and even as we speak, more are being planned for deployment.
