The Ninth Circuit just struck down
California’s “1-in-30” gun rationing law in the FPC case
Nguyen v.
Bonta, which is a HUGE WIN
for gun owners!
What makes this victory even sweeter is the opinion was
unanimous, meaning ALL of the judges agreed California’s law violates
the Second Amendment!
The Ninth Circuit decision confirms
what FPC has been saying since we filed this lawsuit FIVE YEARS AGO:
People have a fundamental RIGHT to purchase arms, and that right
cannot be limited by an arbitrary cap.
This proves that FPC’s groundbreaking litigation can defeat
tyranny anywhere, even behind California’s tightly controlled Iron
Curtain.
But we’re not slowing down for an
instant. We still have dozens of active cases, and even as we speak,
more are being planned for deployment.
That’s why we’re calling on all FPC supporters to rally
behind us today during this big win and either:
It should be noted that today’s win
in Nguyen is a likely candidate for the first time the
Ninth Circuit has found a law violates the Second Amendment since
Heller.
And if we can do it once, we can and WILL do it again.
