** Part 1: Management of Hypermobility Spectrum

This webinar will cover topics including:
* Generalized joint hypermobility and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD)
* Strategies to manage this common diagnosis among dancers
* The difference between flexibility and hypermobility, as well as relevant risk factors for injury in the performing arts
Participants will learn how to safely maintain mobility, flexibility and stability as a performing artist, with strategies that are easily applicable to their pre- and post-performance rituals.
