were the bakers, the dishwashers, the delivery truck drivers, and the
farmers who made our operation possible.

I saw teamwork in action again when I led the Department of the Interior.
I had the honor of leading a staff of over 600,000 public servants who
worked in every corner of our nation and even across the globe. Each
person played their own unique and important role to advance a mission
that was bigger than any one of us.

P.S. The importance of teamwork isn’t the only lesson I still live by from
