It’s Time to Retire RINO John Cornyn


Dear John,



I know that you must get disgusted with the RINOs (or Republicans In Name
Only) who are infiltrating Congress and who are working against our Second
Amendment rights.



And there’s no better example to illustrate this point than Senator John
Cornyn (R-TX), who has betrayed his oath of office time and time again.



The 2022 Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, or the “Cornyn-Murphy Gun Control
Bill” was a package that funded “red flag” gun confiscation and empowered
Biden’s ATF to target law-abiding gun owners. Cornyn even doubled down, calling
it a “good start” proving he’s more aligned with Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer
than our Second Amendment values.



It’s time to retire RINO John Cornyn, and that’s why Gun Owners of America is
proud to endorse Ken Paxton for U.S. Senate for the state of Texas!



Paxton is the current Attorney General in Texas, and he will be a true patriot
in Washington, D.C. He is just the kind of principled, pro-Second Amendment
advocate we need. 



So, no matter what state you live in, let’s get him there! According to a
recent Senate Leadership Fund poll, Cornyn is trailing Paxton by
double-digits—by a 56-40 margin. And Paxton’s internal polling shows him up
over 20 points.



Voters in Cornyn’s state are clearly tired of his 2A compromises!



Even if you live in a deep blue state, Ken Paxton will go to the U.S. Senate
and fight for you. Paxton earned GOA’s support because he will oppose any new
gun control laws and will work to roll back unconstitutional gun laws already
on the books.



Paxton believes that the Second Amendment belongs to you—it is YOUR
unalienable right—and Ken has never betrayed gun owners.



In fact, Ken Paxton has defended the Second Amendment for YEARS, earning him
an A+ with Gun Owners of America! He is not afraid to speak up and get in the
fight when our rights are on the line.



As Texas Attorney General, Paxton partnered with Gun Owners of America to
challenge Biden’s anti-gun policies. In 2023, Paxton and GOA joined forces in
federal lawsuits against the Biden ATF’s pistol brace ban and “universal
registration rule,” protecting private firearm sales.



Together, we secured a preliminary injunction to shield Texans and GOA
members from unconstitutional restrictions. His relentless and unwavering
commitment was pivotal in these huge nationwide victories for all gun owners.



Ken Paxton also takes the fight to protect the Second Amendment into state
courtrooms.



In 2022, Paxton filed a lawsuit against the ATF, challenging federal
regulations that prohibit firearm suppressors made and used exclusively within
Texas. He argued that these regulations violated the Second Amendment by
imposing federal oversight on intrastate firearm components.



In 2024, Paxton, along with other Republican state Attorneys General, filed
lawsuits against the Biden administration’s expanded background check
requirements for firearm sales at gun shows and online. They argued that the
ATF exceeded its authority and that the new rule infringed upon Second
Amendment protections.



In his own words, Ken is the one who “takes a sledgehammer to the D.C.
Establishment.”



But Ken Paxton cannot win this election alone. We need to stand with him
because he is standing up for us. That is why I hope you go and chip in just
