The University of Pittsburgh could lose hundreds of millions of dollars in federal research funding due to Trump administration cuts and its athletics department regularly loses money. But a l ([link removed]) andmark legal settlement will force Pitt and other schools to pay more than $20 million ([link removed]) a year to student athletes.
