$50,000 matching gift challenge | Help end Alzheimer's while you can
DOUBLE your impact.

Dear John,

I'm so thankful for the response we
have seen since yesterday when I announced our new $50,000 Matching
Gift Challenge, made possible by Joel Berman. With each gift,
we're closer to achieving our $50,000 challenge goal to provide
care and support to the Alzheimer's community and advance
research.

If you haven't yet made your gift to
have it MATCHED in honor of Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month,
please do so now. Our $50,000 Match Challenge ends soon. It's
critical we raise every dollar we can to help fight Alzheimer's
while your gift can twice as far.

Joel, a longtime supporter and member
of our Founders Society, has generously agreed to give $50,000 to help
in the fight against Alzheimer's - but only if we raise
that same amount by June 30. His gift will help advance critical
research and provide much-needed care and support services to those
impacted by Alzheimer's. Joel sadly lost his beloved wife to dementia
and is dedicated to achieving our shared vision of a world without
Alzheimer's and all other dementia. Your gift today, up to a
total of $50,000, can make twice the impact in providing care and
support and advancing critical research.

Double my impact today.

As you can imagine, we've received an
increasing number of calls to our 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) about
the health and safety of loved ones during the pandemic. The enormous
challenges facing caregivers and families have only intensified. And
our caring community has never mattered more.

Please join us during this $50,000
Matching Gift Challenge, knowing your gift today can have twice the
impact in the fight against Alzheimer's.

Your contribution will further our
mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia
- by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and
early detection, and maximizing quality care and support. Every dollar
helps us move forward in the fight against Alzheimer's.

I'm so very grateful to see the way
our community responds to the COVID-19 crisis - and to a
challenge. Thank you for your commitment and generosity.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
Chief Field and Development Officer
