Hey there! Looking for a change of pace from the regular doom-and-gloom of the last several months? Here's some optimistic news for you.

After his catastrophic first 100 days in office, Dear Leader’s popularity is cratering.

A recent flurry of high-quality polls laid it all out in black and white.

➤ Donald Trump officially has the lowest 100-day approval rating of any modern U.S. president.

➤ 45% of respondents would give the president an “F” grade for his first 100 days in office. ( NPR/PBS News/Marist )

➤ 66% would describe Trump’s second term in office as “chaotic,” while 59% said they’d describe it as “scary.” ( New York Times/Siena College )

➤ 59% of respondents said that Trump’s policies have harmed the U.S. economy. ( CNN )

Unfortunately, my cowardly colleagues on Capitol Hill will never admit that their emperor has no clothes, or that all of their woes are entirely Trump-inflicted.

But make no mistake: Americans are wising up to his real agenda. Trump is being backed into a corner. He’s desperate, flailing, and vulnerable to making mistakes.

It would be madness not to seize this moment. That’s what I’ve been doing for weeks on the House floor, at my red-district town halls, and in TV, radio, podcast, and print interviews. And I'll be that much more effective with your support.
