What's the best way of accomplishing all of the above? Join ARPF for our virtual Brain Yoga Week, starting Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET. We'll be hosting an amazing week of easy yet powerful yoga-based practices specifically chosen to enhance cognitive function, reduce stress, and promote a sharper mind. Throughout the week, you'll discover: Easy-to-follow yoga sequences: Gentle movements designed to improve blood flow to the brain and enhance focus. Brain Longevity techniques: Simple practices to calm the mind and improve concentration. Breathing exercises (Pranayama): Learn how to use your breath to reduce anxiety, increase mental clarity, and enhance sleep.  Tips: Integrate brain-boosting yoga into your daily routine. REGISTER Brain Yoga Week is a holistic approach that connects the mind and body, offering a natural way to support long-term cognitive health. We'll be meeting over Zoom each day of the week at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET for 60 minutes. It's the same time each day. This series is approved for 5 CE hours for Yoga Alliance.
