Waterkeeper Groups Achieve Settlement with EPA On Drinking Water Safety
Waterkeeper Alliance, Waterkeepers Chesapeake, and California Coastkeeper Alliance achieved a settlement agreement in federal court requiring EPA to propose revised regulations for existing and emerging contaminants, resolving a 2019 suit filed under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
